With built-in Pandora ready, Built-In HD Radio, Built-In Bluetooth, and SiriusXM Radio ready controls, Alpine's Head Unit collection for 2011 is as versatile as it is feature packed!

 

Flagship INA-W910 Double-DIN Media Receiver (left) has all of the above features as well as MediaXpander, 4-Volt preamp outputs and Fiber Optic output!

 

What do you do with Fiber Optic outputs you ask? You transfer signals to the new PXA-H800 (top right) for the ultimate in signal processing capability. It will automatically correct timing and frequency curves and is even audjustable.

 

The Type-S speakers are designed to be efficient and flexible to mount. A new soft dome tweeter really raises the bar on entry-level speakers and components!

 

Type-R speakers and components have been completely redesigned with smaller neodymium magnets and built-in crossovers for power and clarity in tighter spaces. Equally at home on deck power or with an amplifier!

 

Speaking of amplifiers, X-power amplifiers fit perfectly in line between the V-power and PDX amplifiers. There are four models to choose from, a 4-channel, 50-channel, and 2 mono-blocks!!

 

 

Kenwood and Kenwood eXcelon.

 

Kenwood has introduced the expanded eXcelon head unit line with the Flagship KDC-X995 with built-in Bluetooth, HD Radio, and Pandora internet radio that works exclusively through an iPhone.

 

The eXcelon speaker line has been updated along with a new KFC-X183C (shown bottom) that features a 28% larger diaphram for exceptional midbass quality.

 

 

Kicker released a sizable chunk of new products for 2011 including an all new woofer dubbed L3! More for the price-conscious Solo-baric buyer, available in 10", 12", and 15" these woofers share much of the same technology as the L7 but with a slightly slimmer belt-line due to a stamped steel basket. Completely new to the Kicker line is the Substation and Bassstation powered subwoofers. Substations are available in either single Solo-Classic 10" sealed or single 12" CVR ported configurations. The Bassstations are available single 8", 10" and 12" and dual 12" and allow Kicker bass to be added to versatile applications!

 

Beast in a box! BassWedge™ systems benefit from solid MDF construction and are finished in high-quality, dark gray carpet with attractive embroidered "JL AUDIO" and "Slot-Ported BassWedge™" logos. Systems are wired, loaded and ready to connect to an amplifier via their nickel-plated push terminals.

 

 

 

Some might just see a small amplifier... But, for those who appreciate great audio, XD's reveal something huge. JL Audio brings NexD switching to small amplifier technology which allows a total efficiency above 80% keeping factory electrical systems at ease. The XD600/1 is 600w @ 2ohm, XD400/4 is 100w x 4 @ 2 ohm and the XD600/6 is 100w x 6 @ 2ohm!

 

Now available is the XD700/5 which is 100w x 4 and 300w x1 all @ 2ohm, XD200/2 is 100w x 2 @ 2 ohm, and the XD300/1 which is, you guessed it, 300w x 1 @ 2ohm!!
